I thought today would be busy but it has really been pretty slow and enjoyable. Following is what we have done:
1 Ate breakfast
2 Went to casino
3 Ate lunch
4 Played bingo
5 Went to casino
6 Ate Dinner
7 Went to show
Once again, we have spent most of our day eating. The show was good once again and believe it or not the food was better today.
It is 8:00 pm as I write this and I haven't packed one single thing yet. We are going to be the first ones off the ship in the morning and are carrying our luggage off ourselves. They say we will be off the ship between 7:30am and 8:00 am. I have arranged for Super Shuttle to pick us up at the port and carry us to Hobby Airport in Houston. We have a noon flight on Southwest Airlines so if nothing goes wrong, we should be back in Dallas around 1:00 pm tomorrow. Once home, I get to do all my laundry from the past 14 days and get ready to return to work on Monday.
I hope you all have enjoyed reading our stories and following us along in our travels. Stay tuned because we will be returning to Europe in April. We leave Fort Lauderdale on April 28 and cruise to Rome. This time the cruise will be on Holland America and will last 23 days. At the end of the 23 day cruise we will be spending 3 nights in Rome before flying back home. We have some good friends that will be joining us on this trip.
