Today is another Sea day. It was extremely hot in our cabin last night. We asked our cabin steward for a fan and he said that he would get maintenance to check out our air. I hope they can do something for us.
We lost an hour of sleep last night and will lose another 30 minutes tonight. We started out with room service for breakfast and then went down and watched the Zumba class. After that was trivia. We are getting better with guessing our answers.
At bingo this morning Mary P won $80 and I won $100. At afternoon bingo I won $100. Whenever we pass people on the ship that we don’t know, they call us by name because they know us from bingo.
We counted up and we have won bingo 17 times between the 2 of us.
We had hot dogs with the Morgan’s on the pool deck for lunch.
We still are undecided on what tour to do in Darwin tomorrow. David said he is doing a military tour. We are trying to decide between a Harbor Cruise, Jumping Crocodiles, or Hop On Hop Off. It is supposed to be thunderstorms so we may not do anything. Beth said she is going pearl shopping so we could always accompany her to keep her in line.
They had a couple of fun things we did this afternoon. One was like Family Feud. Once again we kept our answers to ourself and did pretty good. They also had a wooden horse race where you could bet $3 for your horse. We played the first 2 races and lost both races. We sat out the last race but if I had placed a bet I would have won $13 on a $3 bet.
We played afternoon trivia to pass time until time for dinner and scored the best we have done — 17 out of 21.
Tonight the special for dinner was tuna. I haven’t liked fresh tuna in the past when I tried it so I ordered salmon. The waitress wanted us to try it so she brought us an order on the side to try. Well I tried it and I still don’t like it. It tasted kind of tough. I did take the extra broccoli and ate it.
We skipped the show tonight and went to the Liar Liar game show. It was hilarious.
